I wanted to share a bit about my journey and how I found my passion for HR.

Over 10 years ago, I had one of my first serious jobs, working in sales with corporate clients. I soon got involved in improving how things worked at the workplace. That’s when I discovered how much I enjoy understanding people, creating positive changes, and building great work environments. This inspired me to study HR at university.

During my studies, I focused on strategic HR and development. I also got really interested in labor law, which has been super helpful in my work. At the same time, I worked part-time as a Unit Manager in healthcare. It was a busy period, but I learned a lot about handling many responsibilities at once.

Since then, I’ve worked in several industries, like defense, pharmacy, technology, healthcare, and hospitality. I’ve done everything from recruitment and operational HR tasks to helping leadership teams and leading big changes. What I love most is finding ways to support people while helping businesses grow.

Today, I run my own business, Njord Consultancy, where I use everything I’ve learned to help other companies succeed in HR. I really enjoy working with leaders and organizations to create solutions that make a real difference.
